To register for any classes you can come to our office or register over the phone using your visa or master card.

Our Registration Office hours are:

Monday through Thursday 8:30am-8:00pm and Fridays 8:30am-1:00pm.

Welcome to Dance Connection!

Tips for first timers:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that BREATHES. You will work up a sweat. If you start off with a ajcket or sweatshirt, that's okay, but be prepared to get HOT!!!
  • Wear PROPER SHOES---cross training shoes, aerobic dance shoes, dance sneaker (the ones with the round pivot point on the ball of your foot) are good---DO NOT wear "waffle" (wide sole) running shoes, as they are restrictive for lateral movement and have treads that are too deep and grip the floor too much, risking knee injury. Even if you have old sneakers with well worn treads, choose those (as long as they are clean) over running shoes.
  • Drink PLENTY OF WATER before, during and after class. Hydration is very important!!
  • Don't worry about the steps!!Our classes are all about having FUN while getting FIT!!! There are NO MISTAKES! As long as you are BREATHING, MOVING and HAVING FUN, you are getting fit!!

What to Wear to Your Fitness Class

It is important to wear clean, good solid runners and comfortable workout wear.

Bring a water bottle and sweat towel to all classes.

What To Wear To Your Dance Class

Part of the fun of being in dance is dressing up for the different classes. You don't have to spend a lot of money: borrow from friends, check out the second-hand stores, and improvise! We will also be selling various clothing items in Studios "B" and "D".

Don't Forget to Bring A Water Bottle To Class!

Latino Ladies- Short wra havep around skirt or sarong, t-shirt, bare feet or flat shoe

Belly Dancers/Baby Bellies/Kids Belly Dance- Shorts or leggings; a t-shirt, body suit, tank top or sports bra; hip scarf, lots of bangles and fun jewelry (if you it), and bare feet.

All Zumba Fitness/Drums Alive- Wear comfortable pants, t-shirt or tank top, socks and a flat based shoe.

Viva La Diva- Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in

Pole Dancing Classes- Wear comforable workout wear. Please remember to not apply lotion or oils as it will make it more difficult to grasp the pole.
